We provide complete solutions of Repair, Service, Extended warranty, & Annual Maintenance contract for Air- Conditioner. While our extended warranty is limited to the domestic customer only, AMC service is applicable for both Domestic and commercial customer bases.

A Customer usually gets a one-year brand warranty after purchasing new AC. For the 2nd & 3rd years, the Customer can opt for an Extended warranty while for the 4th & 5th years the unit is eligible for AMC. While during extended warranty, customers need not pay any additional cost. In case any repair work happens. During the AMC Period customer has to pay 50% of invoice cost (Estimate) and so on for every repair work.

It’s either Extended Warranty or AMC, our Contract period tenure limited to 2 years from the date of purchase.

It’s only an Invoice copy of the purchase of the unit. Also in case, any part replacement or repair work happened during the Brand warranty period, the Customer needs to furnish/disclose the same in detail during contract registration. The counting of years starts from the purchase date of AC as mentioned in the Invoice.
Any Air-Conditioner having age in between 1 to 5 years is eligible to get registered in our service. While AC is already in its 2nd year, the Customer will get the benefit of I year Extended warranty and 1 year AMC.
We attain all complaints within 24 hours of complaining and maximum takes 3-7 days to complete troubleshooting. In case the machine is picked to our hub, it takes 7-14 days for competition.

Keep your Purchase invoice copy ready for quick identification also engineer may ask for a contract copy at the site if required.

We follow 7 Days Refund policy. The customer has to email regarding his order cancellation.

We will replace it with repaired one or new one depending upon the price and policy.

Any dispute arising related to the service shall be governed by the law of India.
The court of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over it.
